Workshops

Each semester the Academic Resource Center (ARC) offers a variety of helpful workshops to Mercer University students. ARC workshops are free and open to all Mercer students.

Basic Skills Exam Preparation
During the fall, spring, and summer semesters, the ARC provides a series of Basic Skills Exam Prep workshops that are designed to help students with the math, reading, and writing portions of standardized exams (GACE, TEAS, GRE, etc.). Please visit our Basic Skills Exam Preparation webpage for information on upcoming workshops.

Study Skills
The ARC offers in-person study skills workshops each fall and spring semester on the Macon campus. If you are interested in attending an upcoming study skills workshop, please visit our Study Skills webpage.

Online Videos
The ARC also offers a selection of video presentations on our Online Videos webpage. Mercer University students from any campus, school, or program may conveniently access this useful information.

Would you like to request a workshop for your class or group?
Our ARC Ambassadors are available to meet with UNV classes and other groups on the Macon campus during fall and spring semesters. Presentation topics are specific to each group's needs. If you would like to schedule a workshop for your class or group, please send your request to Misty Cline, Administrative Coordinator, at cline_mt@mercer.edu. We look forward to working with you!
